During Raising Free events, photos and videos may be taken. Please indicate how your family's images may be used.

Raising Free Co-op — Participant Waiver & Release (2026–2027)

By enrolling my child(ren) in Raising Free activities, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation & Risk: I understand that Raising Free activities, including playdates, field trips, and community events, may involve physical activity and interaction in public and outdoor spaces. I acknowledge there are inherent risks associated with participation and that Raising Free, its organizers, and facilitators are not liable for injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during events.

Supervision: I understand that Raising Free is a parent-led cooperative community. A parent or authorized guardian must be present at all events unless otherwise explicitly arranged. Raising Free staff and volunteers are not licensed childcare providers and do not assume sole supervisory responsibility for any child.

Medical Authorization: In the event of a medical emergency in which I cannot be reached, I authorize Raising Free organizers to seek emergency medical care for my child(ren) and agree to be responsible for associated costs.

Conduct & Community Standards: I agree that my family will participate respectfully and in accordance with Raising Free's community values. I understand that Raising Free reserves the right to discontinue membership for families whose conduct is harmful to the community.

Photo & Media: I have indicated my photo release preferences above and understand they will be honored to the best of our ability.

Changes to Program: I understand that event schedules, pricing, and programming may change with reasonable notice provided to enrolled families.
